01 About us
Trauma-informed, people-centered, community-led
WakeUp Health Organization is a registered non-profit organization committed to improving physical, mental, and emotional well-being through inclusive, accessible, and community-based health programs.
Our work focuses on supporting individuals and families affected by mental health challenges, autism, arthritis, disabilities, and substance use. We provide health education, recovery and rehabilitation services, promote gender identity awareness and health equity, strengthen community-based programs, and advance women’s health and emotional resilience.
WakeUp Health Organization also addresses broader community health needs, including autism support, arthritis wellness, disability services, youth well-being, maternal and elderly care, lifestyle disease prevention, sexual health education, and obesity prevention.
Through a trauma-informed, people-centered approach, we deliver community outreach, health education, supportive programs, and sustainable care initiatives. Our goal is to empower individuals, strengthen families, reduce barriers to health and wellness, and build healthier, more inclusive, and resilient communities across Canada.
Two commitments shape everything we build — a picture of the future we are working toward, and the daily work that gets us there.
